The foil is more than just HOLO. It has extra sparkles in it. I think this is either called a foil or a hologram card. I'm not sure. it changes and shimmers. It has FOIL lettering on the name of the card, but I don't know enough about the rare cards to know for sure if this is indeed the correct way to identify this type of rareness. The artwork alone is worth collecting. This one is in excellent condition and has all the shine in all the right places.
