The Buttondown 4 is a ski and snowboard carrying accessory for mounting on Yakima roof racks. Included snap ons attached it to the Yakima roundbars which are approximately 1 1/8" in diameter and still sold by Yakima. In a separate listing, I have the roundbars and the gutter tower mount system listed if you need the round bars or towers for an old-school gutter roof. This item is for the Yakima Buttondown 4 ski rack attachment. Yakima shows this rack as Mighty Mount compatible for attaching to vehicles’ original equipment racks. You can confirm fitment on the Yakima website re using the MM39H adapters. I have included photos of the instructions. Usable pad length is about 15-1/2”. I take good care of my gear. This is a nice example of the Buttondown 4. Item includes the installed SKS lock and the one key shown. Additional keys can be purchased from Yakima using the key number on the side of the key.
