Description: Top is a yellow background with embroidered stripes in white. There is a ruffle top and bottom edge. Has a band of elastic underneath the bust line to keep it in place. Includes padded inserts however they are a little crinkled from storage. Can be worn with or without the straps. This is a smocked top which means it has little bands of elastic that gather the material together. You'll notice in the photos that I'm pointing out several areas where the threading is loose you can actually pull it through the little bands and tighten it up if you choose to. I'm listing the top cheaply and selling it as is because of this issue. They should have made the threads tighter in my opinion. Measurements are included to help you ensure a proper fit.
