Description: WWII GERMAN PANZER UNIFORM BATTLE OF THE BULGE / KELLY'S HEROES / WHERE EAGLES DARE WE SPECIALIZE IN OLDER VINTAGE MOVIE WARDROBE AND HAVE THOUSANDS OF REAL MOVIE WORN ITEMS IN CURRENT INVENTORY! This auction is for a GERMAN SUPER SPECIAL UNIT UNIFORM that was worn in the movies such as 'BATTLE OF THE BULGE' WHERE EAGLES DARE' and 'KELLY'S HEROES' also would have been used in movies such as 'PATTON' 'THE LONGEST DAY' 'A BRIDGE TOO FAR' 'DECISION BEFORE DAWN' 'THE DESERT FOX: THE STORY OF ROMMEL' and many many others. It has labels from both WESTERN COSTUME COMPANY and also 20TH CENTURY FOX. The uniform is done in a beautiful black wool. The jacket is an SS officers tunic and the pants are panzer pants combined together because of it's color. The chest pockets have a center pleat and a BLACK button. The lower front of the coat has 2 slash pocket flaps (slanted) FULL pockets. The left sleeve has some tack marks in the material where it used to have a patch. The coat is fully lined in a black cotton. The black wool blend breeches have repairs on the left knee and there is a tear at the right knee. This RARE Uniform is in good battle worn condition with the repairs!! This fabulous coat is a size 38 and the breeches are a 33 waist . The types of movies these uniforms were worn in are ones like 'WHERE EAGLES DARE' (1968) starred RICHARD BURTON, CLINT EASTWOOD and many others. This is a fabulous 'DOUBLE' collectible - one for Military Collectibles and one for Movie Collectibles and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
