Description: It is as I purchased it. I did no cleaning at all. I plugged it in and turned it on. Then I turned the oscillator switch and it began turning back and forth. I did notice the blades need a little straitening by measuring their distance from the cage. Has a little vibrating most likely resulting from the blades. I did not attempt to straiten them.
