Manufactured & Distributed by Winchester Restoration Products Please Note: The Small Caliber Rifle & Carbine use this same spring, just trim to the correct length. The diameter is the same as the diameter of the magazine follower used in the 25 & 32 caliber. These Springs are new, are slightly stronger than the original, and are the correct size for the Pre & Post-64 Winchesters (i.e. those made before and after 1964). The un-compressed spring for the carbine should be up to 4 to 6 inches longer than the magazine tube, and the rifle spring should be up to 6 inches longer than the magazine tube. These Springs should be trimmed as needed. These DO NOT fit the larger calibers, 38 and 44, on the Winchester 73 & 92. See Separate ADs if you need the Spring for the larger caliber or for the Winchester 76 & 86, or the Winchester 94. Thanks for looking.
