Description: Westside Model Company HO Brass FEF-3 U.P. 4-8-4 Here Is A Vintage Brass Locomotive & Tender. Un-Touched And All Original. The Loco & Tender Is In Excellent To Like New Condition. Actually I Think It Is Brand New. No Dust Buildup At All. The Black Paint Is Perfect With Absolutely No Chips On The Railings - Almost Impossible If It Had Been On A Track. Only One Chip On The Tender - See Picture. The Box Is Clean But Does Have Some Paper Loss On The Top. Looks Like Someone Sat Something On The Box That Had Tape And It Stuck. I Hooked Up A DC Power Source And It Does Not Run. Cannot Be Anything Serious Because Like I Mentioned, It Appears To Be Brand New. Likely A Loose Connection Or The Brushes Need Cleaned. I Would Take It Apart And Do The Cleaning But Rather Someone With Less Shaky Hands And Experience Do It. I Will Reduce The Price Accordingly. As With Any Vintage Item Out Of My Collection I Am Selling, There Are No Returns Unless I Have Described Something Wrong. This Is Consistent With Most Other Sellers Selling Vintage Items.
