This is an artisan made, silver and gold tone metal buckle with an ornate engraved western floral scroll design and 4 small red gem mounts, signed "RS", from the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 4" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3 oz.
