Description: This is a very difficult piece to find. In the 15 years I have been collecting and dealing in vintage cast iron, this is only the 2nd one of these I have seen. The first was broken. This piece is in pretty nice condition. Has some staining and VERY light water etching on the cookong surface but nearly all of the factory grinding swirls are still present. The bottom has a slight sand shift line as shown this is 100% NOT a crack. It sits flat on our glass top stove. This piece has been cleaned via electrolysis and seasoned with my own blend of natural Pennsylvania beeswax, olive oil and crisco. Has also been wiped down with food grade mineral oil to protect it from surface rust. Will be securely packed to ensure safe delivery. Thanks for looking!!
