Description: Vintage "OLD HICKORY" Tru-Edge Ontario Knife Co. 8" Butcher Knife With Hickory Scales. Blade is 8", overall length is 12.75". Blade has scratches, and stains, from normal use. Blade is Hi-Carbon steel. Hickory scales has scratches, and marks, both are minimal, from normal use. About 4", down from the tip, blade has a small nick. Pictures wil show. Hickory scales have a very beautiful grain color. Knife is 2 large brass pins, full tang, hickory scales. Blade is sharp, but could still use a proper sharpening. Knife has wonderful patina.
