Description: Wow! This is such a rare and beautiful find! Vintage signed NAPIER police teddy bear pin/brooch that has moveable arms and legs! In the first photo, he is in his plastic box and you can see his arms are at his side and his legs are straight. Then, I removed the interior package from the plastic box, on which this darling pin is attached, and then moved his arms and legs up, so you can see he has those moveable limbs! This is in MINT unworn condition, still attached to the carboard piece that is in the plastic case. The plastic case shows a bit of wear, if that matters to you.
