Vintage Martha’s Miniatures Red & White Dot Full Circle Party Pageant Dress Tag missing, approximately size 3T, see measurements Fabric feels like a cotton blend Button back with red heart shaped buttons. High round neckline with a wide split round collar with 1/4 ruffled lace trim. Velvet ribbon bow pinned at center of collar. Puffy long bell sleeves with banded cuffs with ruffled lace trim, no elastic. Bodice has a sweet layered faux pinafore with decorative buttons. Fitted waist. Full circle skirt. Side loops/sash that ties in back. Wide lace trim on skirt above hem ruffle. Attached ruffled petticoat with a pinned velvet ribbon bow and jingle bell. In very good condition. No holes or tears. A few faint pink spots on the front and side of the left collar, possibly color bleed. Small area of faint fading on the back of left sleeve near the cuff, not really visible due to location. A possible fabric printing flaw near the center of the back bottom ruffle, somewhat hidden in the ruffle. All buttons intact. Please see photos for details and as part of the description.
