Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a vtg. Florentine gold leaf oval wall plaque. There is an oval printed picture in the middle of maybe a bottle with table and display of still life fruit. The item is in good condition with age related issues. Around picture is a gold leaf border with a leaf feather type design. Some of the gold leaf areas are thinner or off track and thicker in other areas. It could be damage but I think it was made that way. some blemishes maybe in the paper print, one near the grapes in the upper near left edge of print. Not bad at all. The wihte part of the frame has gold leaf spots on top middle and a few chips in the white on the upper right side. Shows a pink like color. The side tiered gold leaf edge border can have nicks in places. The border edge in gold can be uneven, I think made that way. There could be scuff lines in gold leaf middle on right side. Theres a tarnish looking gouge on the left border on lower left bottom side. The backside, yellowed, the paper label semi bent on top near the hanging hook. It says on label Printed in Italy, made in Italy. It says some flaws are made on purpose in places. Scuffs in places on back side. On the paper label it says number 8/82A. Some wood in gold leaf has excess on edges. Scuffs and nicks in wood. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures 5 5/8" X 7.25".
