The brooch consists of a decorative gold tone frame featuring highly detailed leaves with gold tone berries or beads in which is set an eye-catching cabochon. The cabochon is glass meant to resemble tiger’s eye and has a phenomenal visual effect in its stripes. The brooch has a rollover style clasp. Please see photos for the specifics of the design. The brooch measures approximately 1 1/2 inches tall by about 1 3/8 inches wide. The rollover portion of the clasp spins more freely than I would like, so I recommend wearing the brooch with a pin guard. With that caveat, the brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
