Formed to resemble a lattice wheel. The circular outer rim is shaped into a wave pattern. There are little clear prong set clear glass rhinestones encircling a little black and white enamel cameo at the center. It is a perfect accessory for any occasion. This original piece from sometime in the 1940s, has a Retro feel and is signed by Coro. Not absolutely positive about exact age. A definite conversation starter. In good shape for it's age.
