Northampton also added a PA State Dual title in 2000. In both 1993 and 1994, the Konkrete Kids were ranked the #1 team in the nation. The 2004 Northampton team won a PA record 10 individual state medals, and the 2003 squad tied the PA record of 4 individual state champs. The Konkrete Kids have advanced to the PA State Dual Championships 10 times since 1998, winning five District XI titles on the way to Hershey. Northampton has qualified 201 wrestlers for the PA State Tournament, including at least one in the last 38 consecutive years. Their 124 PA state medals rank 3rd in PA history and the Konkrete Kids 24 PA state champions tie them for 10th on the PA's all-time list.
