Description: Vintage 1950s Mid-Century Modern POODLE CHEF STUFFED ANIMALHandmade Plush Antique Toy This is a vintage gray corduroy poodle with black hair, white chef's hat and wire body. I'm not sure if it was a carnival toy or made or sold somewhere else. Please see all photos for condition, and ask questions if needed. It has wear and is a bit dirty from age. Measures about 8'' tall including attached hat ~ there is a measuring stick in the photos. It was with many other stuffed animals from an estate full of antiques. The stuffed animals were stored in a 1902 trunk, and may have all belonged to one person as a child. I am selling more 50s stuffed animals & figurines (See last photo!) and many dollhouse items in my store, and I do combine shipping! My house burned down in a California wildfire with no insurance. I lost a large inventory of clothing and antiques I had painstakingly repaired and modeled for my ebay store, OutofthisWorldVintage. Proceeds go to helping me rebuild. The wildfires were caused by an arsonist and destroyed about 1500 homes in Lake County, CA. Since then, my 78 year-old stepdad lost his home in Paradise, with no insurance, and is now homeless, so I am also trying to help him.
