Sleeveless with ruffled V neckline. Raised empire waist. Back zipper closure with hook & eye attachment. Lined, with a loose skirt lining to give the skirting some fullness and to allow free flow movement without the cling. No fabric tags - I believe the outer shell may be a lightweight polyester or possibly a rayon (very light weight and soft to the touch), and the inner lining a cotton type fabric. No brand tag. Nicely constructed. May be a home sewn - and if so, it was constructed by an experienced sewer.
