Description: This listing is for a Vintage Women's 1970's High Waist Long Petticoat, Size 8. It is good condition. It has elastic at the top and the bottom has 3 layers of fabric. Two are nylon? and the net is in between. There is elastic at the top and lace at the bottom edge. This is a small and size 8. The elastic waist is 21 in., and the length is 39 1/2 in. The only flaw I see is the elastic has some wrinkling at the top of the band, but it is scalloped at the top so I am not sure.if it is a flaw or not. It is from a smoke free and pet free home with one owner.
