Description: This one still had the clear wrapping on it but it was torn up a bit. I removed that just to be sure that the cord and bulbs were in there underneath the garland. Otherwise, the garland itself has never even been removed from the box! I have loosely placed the clear wrap back on but backwards because the front was ripped and the back was not. As you can see the lightbulbs work (and they do blink) but I cannot guarantee the life of vintage light bulbs. They can always be replaced when necessary. This box measures approx 24 1/2" long x 4" tall x 5 1/4" wide with 3 1/2" bells. Beautiful Holly Berry 9 foot garland with 7 red plastic light up bells! Vintage brand new!
