Black base with silver gray top, chrome feet, large middle drawer with side overhang for file cabinet storage, in excellent condition, no dents, scratches, or rust, there are 3 small holes in upper right hand corner where someone had a table lamp or pencil sharpener, not sure they were filled in, was in this condition when I received it.
