These patterns were printed by McCall and only included in the Woman's Institute Dressmaking coursework program package sent to students. Since they were not marketed or distributed by McCall in normal stores for resale, they are very hard to find today.This is the Special W.I. No. 1 Ladies Plain Waist pattern.The pattern includes a collar and cuffs, a button-down front, and long sleeves.Size: Bust: 34 inches.Year/ Era: circa 1916-1919.Complete: YES.Condition: Very good with minimal wear and wrinkling. The envelope is crisp and clean, but has some tiny tears and wear to the edges.
