The bottom of the pot is labeled 18-8 Stainless steel. There is some damage on the underside of one of the handles but it is still nice and tight. This set includes the rounded bottom insert and lid. The lid knob has some damage but it is still tight and works as it should. It measures 8" tall when assembled, and 7.75" across the rim of the pot.
