Description: Vintage Hammered Brass 19 3/4” Gong with 11 1/4” Mallet in a Glossy Black Enamel Painted Lightly Distressed Wood Frame with felt pads on the wooden feet.NOTE: This was acquired at an estate sale with gong, mallet, leather straps, top rail and base. The vertical upright supports were missing so I fabricated replacement uprights from solid poplar wood, sanded, primed and painted all parts with glossy black enamel paint to match the original finish of the wood frame. Condition: Wood frame has imperfections in the material like knots and dents. See photos for details.
