Description: Vintage Assembled Wooden Dollhouse 1:12 Scale. Condition is Good except who ever originally assembled it used a lot of glue and it kinda seeped out of some of the seems. I bought it at an estate sale and I was going to fix it up but never had the time. I was going to just put molded trim over the seems which I would have done anyway regardless of the glue. And there is a crack on the roof that they just put a lot of glue over. I was going peel off the glue and reglue it the right way so it didn’t even look like there was a crack. So this needs a little fixing to make it your own. See photos for condition and size.
