The inside is lined with a coordinating brown fabric and has a plastic pocket for storage. It measures 13" in height (15.5" when flat and collapsed), and 9" x 14" wide. Please note that there is one area by one of the feet where the fabric is worn and frayed, as shown in the last 2 pictures. It is not noticeable except when collapsed or viewing it from underneath.
