Description: This listing is for a preowned 2 deck pack of Congress Playing Cards, that were manufactured by the United States Playing Card Company in Cincinatti Ohio There is a red deck and a blue deck. The decks have been counted and all cards plus jokers for each deck are accounted for. The two decks are unsealed and complete and are contained in a plastic container that has "United States Playing Card Co., Cincinatti, OH" embossed on the back on it. This deck of cards is used and vintage. Expect wear, tear, dust and scratches on the cards/plastic case from storage. There might be dog ears, bends, paint flecking. There are many small black dots on these cards in various places. I have tried to take pictures of flaws. Please see pictures and email first before you buy. Please review all photos.
