It comes with a 6V Lithium battery, User Manual plus all other paperwork from purchase, lens, lens case and lens caps. There are dark spots on the lens connector ring metal (on the camera). The User Manual has damage; the front cover has tears, the inside pages are bent. The shoulder strap rubber has light oxidation from age. Please see all pictures.
