Description: Vintage 4 Spoke BELL Auto Parts Steering Wheel. It is 17-1/2" across. Came out of an old sprint car. The rubber is still in great shape, no major damage; just little split by the chrome spoke. It still even has the original safety pad in the center. It should polish up better if you desire. Look at the pictures carefully, to make sure you know what you are buying.
