Package shows handling and storage wear but is still sealed. Emblem on chest is faded. It looks a lot like Toy Biz figures from the 80's. Belt is stationary. Arms move at shoulders, legs move at hips and head turns. Cloth cape. Possibly a product of Mexico though I am not sure. There is no manufacturer info labeled.
