Description: BARBIE MODERN ARTThis listing is for the Barbie dress "Modern Art", #1625. This gorgeous dress has been hand sewn at the waistline due to insufficient inseam when the gathered skirt was originally attached to the bodice. The small stitches are visible but the seamstress did a pretty good job (dress cane from the original owner). The remainder of the dress is nice, the green organza overlay, collar and tie belt are in excellent condition except there is a small area on one of the ties where the seam is undone (inseam not enough). Still pretty crispy. You could take out the white thread and replace it with green and it probably would be harder to see.
