The navy flag is in very good condition for its age; but has some small holes and lower loop is missing (see pictures). National USSR standard of 1981 (#GOST 8498-81). It has original military factory stamps (see pictures). Size is 80 x 50.5 inches. The flag is ORIGINAL (see details).
