The switches are paddle like switches and are marked "Bryant". The fixture hangs from the ceiling by a chain. From the top of the portion that attaches to the ceiling to the bottom finial is 25 inches. The main body of the lamp is approximately 10 inches in diameter. The three lights each stick out 4 and 1/2 inches from that 10 inch diameter circular middle piece. It is in very good condition. I combine shipping on multiple purchases.
