Description: Selling a vintage 16" flipper style wheel cover. This is a very hard to find cap in this size as most were 15s, but unfortunately only have the one. I am not sure of the brand, doesn't appear to be Namsco judging by the lip design. This is originally chrome but has been painted over a long time ago. I can tell there is some rust in the chrome under the paint. There is a spot on one half of the face that has some dents, along with one spot on the lip. The bar itself looks to be in nice shape under the paint. Backside shows light surface rust. Last picture shows it installed on a 16" wheel. Free US shipping.
