Description: You are bidding on a lovely, original Edwardian or Victorian Era cotton petticoat with pintucked and lace bottom . It measures 31” in length from waist to bottom hem. The bottom ruffle itself measures 12” deep. The waist is secured with a tie string. A few tiny brownish stains, a few holes in the lace and 4 inches along the the bottom edge of lace is partially torn off. SEE PHOTOS Not musty, from a smoke free home. I have not try to treat the stains. Overall very clean. Please examine photos as part of description.
