Description: Here is a rare specimen featuring chalcopyrite var. blister copper from Tonglushan Copper Mine, near Daye, Hubei Province, China. This specimen is particularly aesthetic showing 6 spherical crystals arranged in a very organized formation. The chalcopyrite has glittery surfaces and iridescence in multiple areas. This specimen came from a very small pocket around 2019, and there have never been very many on the market. The largest crystal is 2.3 cm in diameter, which is big for this find! I kept this one stashed away for my collection, but it’s time to release it. A unique and gorgeous specimen from this small find! It would be very difficult to find another piece as well oriented. Self stands as shownDimensions: 4.4 by 4.4 by 3.75 cm
