Gregory notes only 3 institutions have any issues of this title, none being complete. Much of the front page is taken up with: "State Finances" with political content taking most of the inside pages. Many ads on the back page. Four pages, archivally rejoined at the blank spine, some tape to pages 2 & 4 used to flatten creases, otherwise good condition.
