Description: You are purchasing a very rare circa 1963 Cast Iron Hall Of Fame Bust prototype of George Sisler. This is really a neat vintage piece! From my research, I believe there were only a very small number of these made by the origianl artist who designed the busts for the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. I have seen the number made as only 5 of each one in the set. Bust is made of very heavy cast iron. Piece weighs over 3 pounds. Bust is about 4 inches tall. Bust has player name engraved in back as shown. There are no other markings on the piece other than the logo on cap. Bust is a braoze color. Bust is in great condition.
