This saw is the actual note in the photo. This is a very Lucky number in Asian Chinese Culture. Serial number is 000003987 I have owned it since they were issued in 1998 and as I buy a ton of notes from the BEP I know all their higher up loyal staff and I asked them if I can have some of these signed by the Treasurer whom I have met before to sign a note. So they do signed the ones I bought and I have kept them ever since.
