Description: This is a TONKA tow truck from 1973 (Dodge) which was missing the towing apparatus, the decals, tailgate, some paint when it was found. So rather than trying to find the replacement parts and restore to original, I decided to get a little more creative. The truck was disassembled, stripped to bare metal, prime coated, color coated, reassembled. Custom features include big tires off of a Mighty Tonka, real wood bed floor, brown leather-look seat, radio antenna, fabricated tail gate, and a set of tractor tires in the bed.
