Description: Tascam made some excellent decks, widely used in studios. Relatively simple, reliable as you'd ever ask for gear to be, and they sounded excellent, which is why they were so popular in professional applications. I have several, and while the edge on sound quality goes slightly to the likes of the Nakamichi ZX-7, the Tascams are no slouches at all. This deck does need the belts replaced I was able to put a couple of temporary belts on to check operations the units mechanisms all work as intended the unit functions as intended I took the belts out the unit will come without belts. This is a used item - normal wear and tear can be expected. It comes as shown in the picture. Nothing else is included. As with all vintage audio equipment the future is never guaranteed.
