Your order will be dispatched 1-2 working days (Unless otherwise stated), it will be delivered by Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD. Our international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail (for smaller items) and DPD, UPS or TNT (for larger items). When ordering from overseas, you may be subject to import charges and taxes which are levied once an order reaches your country. Any charges for duty and/or tax clearance must be paid by you (the buyer). We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 90-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Please make sure the item has been correctly packaged with outer packaging like how it was received. Unlike most of our competitors we DO accept returns on motorcycle helmets. We will give you a full refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us unless we delivered the product to you in error or the product is faulty.
