The bottom hem got whipped around by wind and rubbed on a travertine patio so it is shredding. That would make an approximately 6"x144" section un-usable. There are grommets on both sides and a vertical seam at approximately the 72" width mark. The fabric otherwise is in great condition! No holes, stains, rips, or tears EXCEPT around the perimeter.
