The whole thing is raw silk and the under layer is cotton. Lace chest piece , hand made silk flower at the waist with a waist tie. Closures are snaps so they could be moved to gain or loose and inch. It is currently at a 26 waist and 36 bust It is in amazing condition- the only flaw is one little tear. And one little seam coming undone. See photos. Truly incredible piece.
