Description: A Star/Hoshino Gakki/pre-Tama snare drum from the 1970s, made in Japan. Complete with a few small replacement screws and washers. Tension rods are 5mm and are all present. Original Peacock Pearl wrap, which was more purplish at one time. 5 by 14 inches. Condition as shown, the wrap has darkened evenly and looks good. Both bearing edges original and very clean. There are two extra holes behind the strainer. Drum and rims are in round, strainer and muffler both function very smoothly and solidly and the drum sounds good.
