Description: This spanking skirt is made out of a stretchy fabric (sort of a T-shirt feel) & measures roughly 14" across the top & 17" tall (laying flat), and it will stretch several inches larger in both directions. To check if your body type matches, simply lay a pair of your pants flat on a bed, measure across the waist and compare that to the measurement listed above...keeping in mind that this material should stretch several inches in both directions. The "cutout" portion of the bottom and the top and bottom are fully hemmed.
