Colorful figure is motion activated to have the figure roar (there is a switch in the back that turns this feature on). The figure was taken out of the box to replace the original battery and put back the same way (please see the picture of the side of box where opened to remove the figure). Otherwise, the box is in great condition. My son, who was and still is, a huge GODZILLA fan must have gotten this figure as a birthday present (Toys 'R Us sticker on box) when he was a kid and is 34 years old now.
