Description: This item is another signed album from my collection of 40 years. This is the classical album "Segovia on Stage" from 1967. It is record number MACS1032 Stereo. What is exceptional about this record is that it has been signed by the guitar virtuoso himself, Andre Segovia (photo 1). Record contains music by Handel, Bach, Scarlatti, Purcell, Duarte and Cassado. Titles can be seen in photo 5. The MCA label indicates that this is a German production. Inside the album jacket there was a program from a 1970 concert by Segovia and Jean-Pierre Rampall. This concert was probably where the former owner of this record received Segovia's signature. There is no certificate of authenticity for this signed recording but they don't mean much anyway. The concert program which was in the album sleeve (photo 9) will also be included in the sale.
