It will be listed with the date of testing. It also will not be cleaned in any way. If not working it will be listed as PARTS/RESTORE/REPAIR and priced accordingly. Reels have been tested for Working or Not Working. Non Working Reels will be listed for PARTS. Reels will not be cleaned in anyway. Scopes. The Optics and Adjustments will be checked. If it has a working battery, that will be checked. If No battery that will be indicated in the listing.
