This is in excellent condition and works perfectly. the lines are in excellent shape as is the bosuns chair. SwissTECh has some excellent videos on operation. Basically you run the mast lift up to the top of the mast on a halyard and use the continuous loop rope to ascend and descend. This allows the person in the bosuns chair to control up and down the mast without the requirement of another person. (of course you should always have another person acting as a safety person)
